A day on my plate! 🥙 . I always get asked what I eat and love seeing what others eat, so I thought I’d show you a sample of my diet. . 🍏 Meal 1 = Homemade strawberry and chia loaf (recipe on my website) with peanut butter. 🍉 Meal 2 = A salad with spinach, shaved zucchini, peas, radish, blueberries, white potato, avocado and 2 boiled eggs. Drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. 🥭 Meal 3 = Mango, raspberries, coconut yoghurt and my paleo granola (recipe on my website) 🌶 Meal 4 = Green chicken curry with sweet potato, onion, garlic, capsicum, kale, zucchini, coriander and rice noodles. .
