2 cups dates
1 cup almonds
5 tbsp coconut oil
1 heaped tbsp PranaOn Super Greens Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp peppermint extract
Splash of water
Add all ingredients into your food processor and blend until well combined
If the texture isn’t sticking together, add a splash or two of water and blend again until a ball consistency has formed.
Divide and roll the mixture into golf ball size balls.
Roll through desiccated coconut
Repeat until the mixture is gone.
Place on a plate with baking paper and store in the fridge.
