Tamari and Chilli Nuts

Sick of eating just plain flavoured nuts as your snack or want to add a little crunch to your salads? Why not flavour your own? This is such a delicious combination of flavours. The key is to cook on a low heat to avoid loosing the nutrients until nice and crunchy.

Ingredients:

  • ... Mixed nuts
  • 4 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Pre heat oven at 100 degrees. Line a baking tray.
  2. In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix well together. 
  3. Spread out over the baking tray and place in the oven for 2+ hours or until golden and crunchy.
  4. Allow to cool completely before storing in a container.
