It's banana bread but in a bowl. Yep we have taken the same flavours and similar ingredients and whizzed them up in a blender to make a delicious breakfast bowl.
Instructions: Serves 2
- 2 large banana
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
- 1/4 cup almond butter.
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 1 cup nut milk of your choice. I used almond milk.
- 1 pinch sea salt.
- In the blender add all ingredients and blend well.
- Serve in a bowl and top with toppings you desire. I used caramel buckinis, and almond flakes.
