Banana Bread Bowl

It's banana bread but in a bowl. Yep we have taken the same flavours and similar ingredients and whizzed them up in a blender to make a delicious breakfast bowl.

Instructions: Serves 2

  • 2 large banana
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1/4 cup almond butter.
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 cup nut milk of your choice. I used almond milk.
  • 1 pinch sea salt.


  1. In the blender add all ingredients and blend well.
  2. Serve in a bowl and top with toppings you desire. I used caramel buckinis, and almond flakes. 
  3. Enjoy.
