- 1/2 cup linseeds
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- In a food processor blend all ingredients together until a meal is formed.
- Store in a jar in the fridge.
