PB and Jelly Smoothie

Don't you love when a random combination turns into your new favourite recipe?

That is exactly what this was. Mac and I have just moved house, had only brought over half our pantry and had not done a weekly shop. I had a few ingredients to throw together a smoothie and honestly wasn't expecting it to be good at all haha. But a couple of weeks later and I am hooked so enjoy. :)

Ingredients: Makes a very big smoothie or for 2. 

  • 1 cup berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/4 cucumber or zucchini
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (I use Mayvers)
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (I used the Prana Mocha Photo Fire protein)


  1. Throw all the ingredients into your blender. Blend until well combined
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
