My go to breakfast or snack atm. These chia puddings are absolutely delicious and the more fruit you add the better they taste. I recommend making them in bulk and storing them in jars ready to grab and go.
Ingredients: Serves 3 - 4.
1 cup of milk (I personally use coconut or almond)
6 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla essense
1 tbsp rice malt syrup (optional)
Fruits of your choice.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients (except the fruit) together. Place in the fridge and stir occasionally to mix.
Top with seasonal summer fruits and a sprinkle of granola.
