Easy & Nutritious Rice Cake Combos

Rice cakes are seriously the most under rating food in the world. Well maybe not haha, but I would like to point out how delicious they are. They make the perfect quick and easy lunch or snack option, plus you can pack on a heap of different nutrients. Today I wanted to share with you my favourite combos.

  • Rice cakes (I use Pure Harvest and normally have 3 per serving)

  • 1 tsp of your favourite dips (I used Yumis Beetroot Yummus, Sweet potato and Pilpel hummous)

  • A protein source (I used tuna and chicken)

  • 1 tbsp sauerkraut (optional)

  • 3 slices of tomato

  • a few spinach leaves

  • Salt and pepper to garnish.


  1. Rice cake one - sweet potato dip, layered with spinach leaves, tuna and salt and pepper.

  2. Rice cake two - beetroot hummus with shredded roast chicken, salt and pepper

  3. Rice cake three - Hummous, sliced tomato, topped with sauerkraut, salt and pepper.


Get creative with your toppings. Above is just an example of my three favourite combinations.
