Coconutty Bliss Balls

On Saturday I made these Bliss Balls for you guys at Bohdi and Ride and originally I wasn’t going to post the recipe but so many of you asked for it, so here it is! Coconutty Bliss Balls, I specifically made them for a pre or post workout snack but of course you can eat them when ever you need something healthy and sweet.

Ingredients: Makes 12 balls

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (+extra for rolling)

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the food processor or blender. Blend until well mixed and a dough is formed.

  2. Using your hands, roll into bite-sized balls, and then roll into a plate of shredded coconut to top.

  3. Store in the fridge.
