To most the thought of a mushroom latte sounds disgusting but I promise it is really good. :)
I'm not even sure where to start with the benefits of Chaga Mushroom, so instead I will do a whole post about the benefits here.
After doing a little research into mushrooms I decided to try chaga for adrenal fatigue and immune system support. These are two areas for me that really made me that hit me hard last year after suffering from a thyroid 'flare up' and chronic fatigue. Coming into 2018 one of my top priorities is to do everything I can to try and avoid becoming that unwell again.

- 1/2 tsp chaga powder (I got mine from Iherb)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- In a milk frother add all your ingredients
- Blend until well combine and warm.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy
If you don't have a milk frother I recommend using a small pot on top of the stove.
