I have been making this muesli for a couple of years now, but recently have been loving it in a warmed berry bowl (that recipe is coming soon.) This is a combination of nuts and seeds that are amazing for gut and digestive health as well as pretty you plenty of good fats, and nutrients such as magnesium and B vitamins.
This breakfast is perfect to sprinkle on top of porridge, or served with coconut yogurt and seasonal fruits.
- 2 cups almonds (roughly chopped)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pepitas
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup buckinis
- 1/2 cup linseeds
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Store in a large container in the pantry
