Smoothie Bowl for the Sweet Tooth

Smoothie Bowl for the sweet tooth is what we are kicking off with…. because for the whole month of February we are going to be shaking up your kitchen and your health, and bringing you our favourite recipes using our Freedom Spices range.   

For this Smoothie Bowl we are using our Matcha Powder. The minute bananas and mangoes are on the menu, we know Summer is here. Mangoes for dayssssssss… YES PLEASE!


  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 1 frozen bananas
  • 1 frozen mango (optional)
  • 1 Kiwi fruit
  • 2 big handfuls of spinach leaves
  • 2 Tbs avocado
  • 1 lime juice
  • Slither of fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder (optional)


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Place in a cup or bowl and top with your favourite toppings. These bowls are topped with shredded coconut and buckwheat.
