DIY Pre-workout Drink

Do you find that you need a little kick to help you get to the gym or doing our Be Well Program? Sometimes we certainly do, but we’re not big fans of the synthetic pre-workout blends that you pick up from supplement store. Some of these blends can wreak havoc on the adrenals and do more harm than good. We thought we would share our little concoction with you all to help you power up and achieve your fitness goals. 

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tsp Freedom Spices Matcha Powder (follow link in our bio for yours)
  2. 1 tsp spirulina
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon
  4. ½ banana
  5. 1 cup pure coconut water

Instructions:

  1. Throw everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Drink, then go and workout like a beast!
