Spirulina Icecream has amazing health benefits. This cheeky icecream is vegan, dairy, sugar and gluten free.
- 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ tsp of organic spirulina powder dissolved in 3 tbs of filtred water
- 1 tbs shredded coconut
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender like a Vitamix
- Blend on high. If using a Vitamix then use the tamper stick to push ingredients into the blades. If using a food processor stop frequently to scrape down edges.
- Serve Spirulina Icecream in a decorative glass and garnish with shredded coconut
