Workout! Saturday Stairs Baby

Workout time! Have you got some stairs near you? Fantastic, no excuses then… We don’t care if you only have 2 stairs. It doesn’t matter, what does matter is that you’re moving.

You are going to do each exercise for 1 minute – rest for 30 seconds. Repeat 3-4 times.

Step up – Fast pace

Squat jumps

Lunges

50 squats with kick back

Sprint

REPEAT
