Be Well Program: 12 week program 

This program is perfect if you have tried all the fad diets without success. You may be needing a gentle lifestyle haul or if you want to improve your relationship with food and feel better about your body.  We cover everything from mindset, goal setting, the power of food, how to listening to your body, body Image, exercise and overall lifestyle. This package includes one 12 consultations via skype or phone: one 45 min consultation followed by 11 weekly 30 minute consultations. Complete with a general meal plan, shopping lists, recipe book, wellness workbook, individualized goals and recommendations. Unlimited support via email in between consultations.
